The Content Authority is less than two years old, and the site’s CEO and founder Shawn Manaher is determined to keep the company vigorous and responsive to the needs of both clients and writers. Manaher’s concern is epitomized by TCA’s completely redesigned site that will be launched on September 11, 2011.
When asked if a redesign is necessary after such a short time of being in business, Manaher replied, “We wanted to redesign the entire site so that it would be easier to navigate, and clarify where information can be found. We wanted to create an experience for all users so they would walk away say, Wow! This is a great place to order content, submit content, and manage my content!”

Added to the innovations is a simplification of the sign up procedure, and updated terms and conditions so users know exactly what an agreement with TCA entails.
