What is New for TCA Clients?

Jun 11, 2011
The Content Authority is less than two years old, and the site’s CEO and founder Shawn Manaher is determined to keep the company vigorous and responsive to the needs of both clients and writers. Manaher’s concern is epitomized by TCA’s completely redesigned site that will be launched on September 11, 2011. When asked if a redesign is necessary after such a short time of being in business, Manaher replied, “We wanted to redesign the entire site so that it would be easier to navigate, and clarify where information can be found. We wanted to create an experience for all users so they would walk away say, Wow! This is a great place to order content, submit content, and manage my content!” Among innovative features offered for clients are A streamlined interface makes it easier for clients to place orders.
  • Standard, Rewrite and Direct Orders are under one area allowing clients to order content quickly and easily.
  • A “Keyword Check” is run on all articles. This automatic checker means the client need not worry about keywords being missing from their articles.
  • Significant adjustments to the Direct Orders area mean that clients can “pool” together their favorite group of writers. This means a group of writers can work as a team to write the content the client wants. A minimum rate of .015 per word applies.
Among the features designed to simplify the use of TCA’s site is a footer on the main page. The footer contains information that writers, clients, and others want to see.  Added to the innovations is a simplification of the sign up procedure, and updated terms and conditions so users know exactly what an agreement with TCA entails. Clearly, the goals for TCA remain simplicity and clarity. With the launch of their new site, they have accomplished that goal.
